the staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to surprise my mum with a birthday cake in her room, which was a lovely touch. the room was comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and the sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Chur and its surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Switzerland.
